2.5DOF means you get true pitch and roll motion from the two actuators, plus a simulated heave sensation created by the QS-Pivot. The Pivot combines pitch axis motion to create the perception of vertical movement without requiring additional actuators. It’s not true heave, but your body perceives it very similarly.

QS-220 offers more stroke (100mm vs 60mm). If budget allows, QS-220 provides more dynamic motion with larger tilt angles. QS-210 is excellent value and adequate for most users.

Yes! The 2.5DOF set is designed for upgradability. Add a second pair of QS-210 or QS-220 actuators (matching your existing pair) and a second power cabinet to achieve true 3DOF with independent heave motion.

Yes, the QS-MC6 motion controller is required for QS-210 and QS-220 actuators. The controller is included in all 2.5DOF sets.

We provide 2 years manufacturer warranty for personal use, 1 year for commercial use.

Yes, actuator brackets for aluminum rigs as well as flat face profile adapters are included as part of the standard package.
